Shipping policy

Order Processing

At The Chandelier Collective, we take great care in preparing your order. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-demand seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your chandelier arrives in perfect condition.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer nationwide on all our chandeliers and lighting products. We are not currently shipping outside of the USA.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment’s progress. If you haven’t received a tracking update within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at houser.joe@gmail.com.


Shipping Damage or Missing Packages

We carefully inspect and package each chandelier before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Send your details to support@thechandeliercollective.com so we can assist with replacements or claims.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Chandelier Collective is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
